These terms and conditions relate to the services, products and website Light Dance Pro managed by the company LEDTech Limited, Room 08, 6/F, Startex Industrial Building, 14 Tai Yau Street, San Po Kong, Kowloon, Hong Kong (hereinafter referred to as "Light Dance Pro").

By registering on this website as a user of the Light Dance Pro E-shop you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you must refrain from using the website, products and services.

2.1 The Services — Light Dance Pro provides services and information for artists, choreographers and dance crews who wish to use, learn and play with products by this company. We provide information, documents, videos and all contents on lightdancepro.com for informational purposes only.

2.2 Disclaimer — You understand and agree that:

• Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. Any fault in the information provided on the Website is at your own risk too and we do not take any responsibility for that.
• Light Dance Pro does not warrant that (i) the services provided will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free, or (ii) that any information provided on the Website is error-free or reliable.
• Usage of any Light Dance Pro product is entirely at your own risk. You agree that Light Dance Pro does not take any responsibility or liability for usage of any of our products or accessories. Any misuse of the products is also at your own risk.

If there is an error in pricing on the Website, Light Dance Pro reserves the right to refund and cancel the order. We will take steps to fix such an error. Any order made under such an error will be cancelled and is not a valid order.

The Website may contain products, links and information provided by third parties. This content is provided as is, not under the responsibility of Light Dance Pro; you use this content at your own risk.

You are responsible for keeping your login information, including your email address and password, secret and secure. You also agree:

• not to permit any other person to use your login information; and
• not to disclose, or provide to any other person, your password, email address, date of birth or any other information in connection with your user account that may allow them to gain access to your account.

Light Dance Pro may send you informational emails related to your purchase or account, transactions and other activities on the Website, and newsletters for our promoting and marketing purposes. Any newsletter from Light Dance Pro will provide the means on how to stop receiving them.

You must not damage, interfere with or harm the Website or Services, or any network of Light Dance Pro, or attempt to do so. You may not use a robot, spider, scraper or other unauthorized automated means to access the Website or information featured on it for any purpose.

These Terms and Conditions, use of Light Dance Pro products and website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the People’s Republic of China (including the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Safeguarding National Security in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region). You agree to submit any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

Light Dance Pro owns all intellectual property rights in the Website (including text, graphics, logos) and the software and other material underlying and forming part of the Services and the Website.

Without our permission you are not allowed, in any form or by any means, to: (i) adapt, reproduce, copy, store, distribute, print, display, perform, publish or create derivative works from any part of this Website; or (ii) commercialise, copy, or on-sell any information or intellectual property obtained from any part of this Website.

These terms and conditions supersede all previous conditions, understandings, commitments, agreements and representations whatsoever, whether oral or written, and constitute the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter of these terms and conditions.

Light Dance Pro contracts third party logistics providers (SF Express, FedEx and DHL) to ship and deliver product(s) to you. Since we do not control all parts of the delivery chain, we cannot guarantee your item will always reach its destination within the targeted delivery times. Light Dance Pro accepts no liability for loss or damage to products during shipping.

Upon arrival, the customer must inspect the received gear and report any damage, missing parts, or accessories and inform Light Dance Pro within 14 days of receiving the goods. Later disputes will not be accepted by Light Dance Pro.

Any extra delivery or import fees or taxes charged at the destination country must be paid by the customer. Should the customer refuse the delivery of the product(s) for any reason, any related costs associated with the product return will be charged to the customer. Light Dance Pro will try to provide all cooperation to help in such cases, should they arise.

Prices shown are without value-added tax (VAT). For customers from the European Union (EU), VAT will be added at the end of the ordering process. Customers ordering outside the EU may be charged customs fees or other import taxes. Light Dance Pro cannot take any responsibility for these extra charges; it is the responsibility of the customer to inquire about all applicable customs fees beforehand.

13.1 Warranty — Light Dance Pro guarantees full functionality of its products for a minimum of 3 months from the date of original purchase. The warranty will not be honored if the product was exposed to water, electronic surge, physical abuse, or if the product was opened and tinkered with. Light Dance Pro reserves the right to assess each case individually.

The customer is responsible for safe delivery of the broken product back for warranty repair. Should the defect happen within 3 months from the date of purchase, Light Dance Pro reserves the right to cover shipping costs related to the repair, up to a maximum of USD 80 (shipping from a different continent) or USD 40 (shipping from the same continent), and only for basic economy shipping services, provided the customer shows valid proof of payment. The customer must contact Light Dance Pro before sending the product back for repair.

13.2 Return Policy — The customer has the right to return the purchased product for a full refund if it is sent to Light Dance Pro within 14 days after receiving the gear. The product must be in perfect resellable condition and include all original accessories (cables, chargers, carrying cases, batteries, etc.). The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to Light Dance Pro without any damage during transport. Additionally, shipping charges on your original order are non-refundable.
